Personal training services
Contracts for personal training are between you and the trainer (or partner studio). Cancellation, rescheduling, and refund terms are set out in that professional’s offer and confirmed when you book. MyTrainer UK operates as a directory; service-quality issues should be raised with the provider unless your agreement with the platform states otherwise.
Digital products
If you buy digital content (programmes, online consultations), your 14-day right to cancel may be limited once delivery has begun with your clear consent. Details are shown on the payment page for each product.
How to request a refund
Email hello@mytraineruk.com with the subject line “Refund request”, including the payment date, amount, and reason. We aim to respond within 10 working days. If approved, refunds are returned using the original payment method unless agreed otherwise.
