1. Agreement
By accessing the Site you agree to these terms. If you disagree, do not use the Site.
2. Services
MyTrainer UK provides an online directory and educational content. Unless expressly stated, we are not a party to contracts between clients and trainers. Trainers are independent professionals or partner businesses responsible for their own services, insurance, and compliance.
3. Accounts
Where member accounts, bookings, or payments are offered, additional terms may apply at sign-up or checkout. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account.
4. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the Site, scrape data in breach of robots.txt or rate limits, attempt unauthorised access, or upload malware. We may suspend access for breaches.
5. Intellectual property
Branding, layout, text, and media on the Site are owned by MyTrainer UK or licensors. You may not copy except for personal, non-commercial browsing or as permitted by law.
6. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by English law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Site. Nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other non-excludable liabilities.
7. Third-party links
Links to WhatsApp, social networks, maps, or trainer websites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for third-party content or processing.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections.
